Baked Cod with Lemon and Olive oil

Ingredients

6oz
Raw Cod Fillet
1tbsp
Olive Oil (For Stronger Flavor, Use Garlic Oil)

Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1tbsp
Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice & Zest (To Test)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1.

    Preheat

    Preheat Oven to 375°F. Arrange the baking sheet with Parchment paper.

    Prepare Cod Fillet

    Massage Cod with 1tbsp oil, Salt, Crushed Pepper and Lemon Zest

  3. 3.

    Add Toppings

    Top with minced garlic and bake for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

  4. 4.

    Add Lemon Juice

    Drizzle Lemon Juice (1 tbsp) and let it sit for 1 minute before serving.
