Zucchini Noodles with Garlic & Shrimp

Ingredients

150g
Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups
Zucchini Noodles
1/2 Cup
Bell Peppers, Sliced
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp
Black Pepper
1 tsp
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp
Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1.

    Heat & Cook Shrimp

    Heat a non stick skillet on moderate heat. Toss in the Shrimp with garlic powder and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway until pink and cooked through.

    Add Bell Peppers

    Add the Bell Peppers and cook for 2 more minutes until slightly softened

  3. 3.

    Add Zucchini Noodles

    Toss in the zucchini noodles and water, stirring well, Cook for 2-3 minutes, just until the noodles soften slightly

  4. 4.

    Add Lemon Juice

    Drizzle with Lemon Juice before serving.
