Chilli Lime Shrimp & Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Ingredients

4oz
Raw Shrimp
1 cup
Cauliflower
1 tbsp
Lime Juice
1 tbsp
Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1.

    Heat Oil

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet. Toss in Shrimp, salt, crushed pepper and chilli flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink.

    Toss in Riced Cauliflower

    Remove Shrimp and toss in riced cauliflower. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tender

  3. 3.

    Add Shrimp and Lime Juice

    Return Shrimp to the Pan and Ladle lime juice over the bowl.

  4. 4.

    Ready to Serve

    Let it sit for 2 minutes, then serve warm.
